Heat and air conditioning controlled by each tenant. The furnace and air conditioning units are about 2 years old, so energy efficient. Windows in apartment have just been replaced to conserve energy, make it easy to open and clean, etc.

Tenants pays for heat with new gas furnace (average cost is about $39 per month) and electricity . Bill for electric in winter is about $25 a month (charges based on 2012 rates). Water and sewer for one person is included in rent. Additional charges apply for second person.

Directions: From Hwy 43, take exit 89, Hwy C (Cedarburg) exit. Turn left (west) off the exit ramp, and go straight ahead on Hwy C (also called Pioneer Rd) through the stop and go light. Travel about 5 minutes, going through a stop sign, until you come to another Stop and Go light. This is the intersection of Hwy C (Pioneer Rd) and Washington Ave. There is a gas station on the north west corner. Turn right here onto Washington Ave. Go straight on Washington Ave past stop and go lights at Lincoln, Western, and Columbia. At the next stop and go light at Bridge Rd, turn left (west), and go about 4 blocks on Bridge Rd till you come to Evergreen Blvd. Turn left on Evergreen Blvd and you will be there.


Decorating is different than the current tenants, and apartment will have a total "make over".
